The Corsair HX750W Power Supply is considered a higher end model and the results certainly validate that. The approximate maximum peek output of the 3.3 rail is 150 watts and the 12v is 744 watts. For most setups the HX750 will do the trick, even some higher end gaming rigs. Watch the video to find out more…” ~www.3dGameMan.com

a dutch site reviewed it and it was much louder –> 43.8 dB(A)
is that true because I want a quiet power supply

“transformers which convert domestic CURRENT into the voltages that your computer system can use”
Yes, we can see that you have no electronics knowledge whatsoever.

I love this PSU. Single 12V rail putting out 62 amps provides bedrock stability. It’s overkill for my system at the moment, but I like knowing that my rig is future-proof with something like this.
A 7 year warranty, too!
And it’s modular. Much better than the TX model. The cable mess is practically nothing. All of the leads are very low-profile and plenty long enough to be routed behind the motherboard tray.
If you need a high quality PSU for a high end graphics card, this is it.

@124Z312 Yes, But there will be no problem! There are chances of Pushing it to the limits. But i suggest you to go with a 850W. to be on the safer side

#15 written by HuggyXBear064 July 15th, 2010 at 07:38
@charleshoskinson Hehe, ok, I was just backing you up
#16 written by charleshoskinson July 15th, 2010 at 08:34
@HuggyXBear064 Which is exactly what i said. You are forgetting, however, my comment was in reference to a certified support. Meaning the manufacturer submitted the power supply to the rigors of Nvidia or AMD’s testing to verify it can support an SLI or Crossfire setup.
#17 written by HuggyXBear064 July 15th, 2010 at 08:36
@charleshoskinson In terms of PSUs I suspect it would be rather difficult to support one and not the other, as both Nvidia and ATI cards use the same power connectors…
