Is that the same as hitting Ctrl+Alt and one of the arrow keys?
I got in trouble in high school for getting a whole class to turn the displays 90 degrees.

i have this type of monitor but when i open advance settings and everything it doesnt show the options to rotate to right or left. i just says 1 monitor is connected connect another.

Thats rotate, how about actual flip the display vertically with 2nd monitor? such that you required a mirror to actually see the actual images?
