@MongolPeace
I think you should spend more money (if you are willing to) and get the 5870, you won’t regret it in the end. Unless you want PhysX then you should go for the GTX 470 or get a cheap Nvidia card later on (maybe a 9800GT or GTS 250) and use it as a dedicated PhysX card. Or could even go for a 5850 which is better than the GTX 280 and can perform better than the GTX 470 if overclocked. The 5850 will also run cooler and use less power than a GTX 470 while being cheaper as well.

@Dosycool1 Thank you very much for reply, m8. Last question. Which one is better? 5870 is around £380, GTX 280 is £280, GTX 470 is around £300 and 4870 is the cheapest around £100? I’m bit tight on budget. Differences between them are 100ish quids. Shall I save some money and go for cheap one or spend more money and go for best one? Or any other card recommendation?

@MongolPeace
The HX-750 has more than enough power for an ATi 5870 as I have a GTS 250 as well and it’s handling them both fine.

Have you changed your PSU? Is Corsair HX-750 enough for ATI 5870? I heard some people struggle even with Corsair 1000W PSU.

#11 written by Dosycool1 July 20th, 2010 at 04:03
@AznUnboxer
Yes I did, it was extremely easy!
Average temps are around 44 degrees celcius.
#12 written by AznUnboxer July 20th, 2010 at 04:51

@trent1234108
There should be more than enough tubing.
#16 written by trent1234108 July 20th, 2010 at 07:08
i know with modding i could get it on there, i just wondered if it would reach with the hozes on it. i was wondering if you thought there was enough tubing on it?
#17 written by Dosycool1 July 20th, 2010 at 07:54
@trent1234108
You might be able to get the radiator and fan onto it with a bit of modding but I’m not completely sure. You can never be sure until you try though.

i have the same case and PSU, had the same 8-pin power problem, bought an extender cord on newegg and works great. also the case comes with another fan housing that clips to the back of the hard drive bays, will the h50 reach to possibly fit in it if i mod the housing?
#19 written by Dosycool1 July 20th, 2010 at 08:39
@Alwyn1000
I’ve run the 8-pin atx cable through the inside if the case, not through the cable management holes. I will get an extension cable soon.

you have no idea what your doing LOL
#24 written by TheAteston July 20th, 2010 at 10:39
that looks better and is better for airflow
#25 written by Dosycool1 July 20th, 2010 at 11:36
There’s no ventalation on the bottom of the case so I had to put the psu in with the fan facing up.
