Our Best Computer Monitor Pick: Samsung Syncmaster 245T

It’s crisp, sharp, open to analog inputs. It’s also swivels. Which is awesome.

    Add 100$ for the name
Add 500$ for that tilt option
    or
Buy a Sony with the same resolution 2ms response time and still HDMI for 220$, Hmm… I think i’d want my other 600$ in games to play on my new monitor.

Have one of these. It is awesome. Bought it from a friend for 20$ bc when you turned it on it powered right back off. Took it apart and bridged a sodder gap. -Cant wait to play COD:MW2 on this monitor.

This monitor is extremely high quality. If you do any graphics work, it’s uncomparable to any of the cheaper TN panels on the market. I picked up a different 24″ Samsung TN panel and the color distinction and contrast were so horrible (despite having some crazy high ‘dynamic contrast ratio’) that I had to return it – but then saw this one and it blew everything away. Similar tech to the older generation SyncMaster 204B. If you want accurate image and color reproduction, go for this.

Yeah, but this is a much better quality monitor, I have a 24” Asus monitor which looks excellent for what I do (except for view angles) but this is MUCH better, specially very accurate color reproduction (for people that need it) and perfect viewing angles (178H and 178V).
