Many thanks! In the moment I ordered a 2 GB ram bar, because with this vdeo I was able to look ab, what I have got inside. I’ve got one 1 GB bar. Thinkpad T60 is able to manage up to 4 GB in 2 bars and these needn’t be the same. So I’ll get 3 GB using my old and my new ram.

Good vid. Although its funny how the person says to take out the battery before doing anything further, but the next frame has the battery back in again.

Very helpful. No problem following the instructions, but minor differences on my ThinkPad T60. It’s made by Lenovo and has 4 screws (not 5) holding the keyboard frame in place. It also never had a guard above the memory sticks. NOTE: keep track of which screws come from which holes. The demonstrator doesn’t say to do this until well after you’ve taken them out. You could confuse them at this point. Mine are all the same length, so it didn’t matter, but it could.
