i am currently using a 750i mobo with an 8800gtx .. planning to get this mobo and 2 5770 s .. they are dx11 and only require 600 watts for crossfire .. i only have a 700 watt psu .. so thats that .. srry to say that i havent switched that pc on in so many days that i have actually forgotten what processor i have on it . i’ll get back to you on that one soon …

oh but current the HD 4890 would still be the best choice for someone who only has 1 pci slot….lol notice the 4890 is getting rarer? hopefully ati would comeout a card to fill the void between the 5770 and 5850…but the hd 4890 is still a killer in crossfire….massive headroom!=) what setup are you using?

yes it would beat it by a huge margin .. huge i tell ya .. 1 x 4890 = 60 % of the performence your going to get out of 2 4850 s … also you might just want to get 2 5770 s now ….

Yes, it would be faster1 :)

But honestly, not all games support SLi/Crossfire, so you’d DEFINITELY will be better of with a 4890 by itself.

haha hey would two 4850 beat a single 4890?
and if yes would it be large margin?

you should get and i7 motherboard
the good part of this motherboard is that you can buy this one and get ddr3 ram and a good graphic card, and then you can recicle this parts in a i7 set up in the future
