    Try to buy a 1gb graphic card if u want to play gta 4 without any bugs!!!!
    buy 8000 series or like mine a nvidia 1gb 240gt or higher!!!!

    This happened because when it is top view the graphic is less utilized and power in graphic ram gets stable and powerful!!!!
    But still it’s a hard try I also did it but failed I had a nvidia nforce 630i/7100Geforce motherboard!!!! I just bought a graphic card and problem went away!!!!!
    I did’nt had any graphic card for 1 year!!!!

    i tested this mission like 5 or 6 times and the yellow marker didn’t show up! and i got angry and i said ill test this last time and every time i was driving(following the dealer with the car) i lokked with the camera down to his car everytime and when he stopped i was suprised! the yellow marker showed up and i completed the mission!.

    this has problem with 256MB graphic card!!! niko stops but yellow mark dosen’t show!!!
    many pllayers over worlwide facing this problem!!!!

    I used to have the same problem with the missing yellow arrow bug. However I just did the mission (the driving part) with the camera looking straight into the ground (birds eye view), which increased the fps somehow. When I got to the factory I was surprised and the yellow arrow appeared.
